Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own informational and business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms;

  • use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access or extract content from the Site, other than standard search engine indexing conducted in accordance with our robots.txt file;

  • frame, mirror, or otherwise present the Site in a manner that suggests an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist;

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site;

"Miletime" and the Miletime logo are trademarks of Miletime. Product and company names other than ours are the property of their respective owners. Miletime is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, ADP, or any other company referenced on the Site.

6. Submissions

Any information you submit through the Site, including through contact and demonstration request forms, must be accurate, and you represent that you are authorized to provide it. You should not submit confidential information or personal information concerning individual employees through the Site. Information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not treated as confidential unless separately agreed in writing.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or other ideas relating to Miletime, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This Section applies to the Site. Liability relating to the Miletime application is addressed in the applicable customer agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miletime and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Modification and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also restrict access to the Site in whole or in part at our discretion.

14. Changes to these Terms
